Located in the heart of Central Florida, only ten minutes from Disney World, sits a new luxury resort with a tropical island theme. Bahama Bay Resort is a unique community of condominiums spread over 70 acres, beautifully landscaped and stocked with amenities and on-site facilities. Set on Lake Davenport, the resort has access to a sandy beach, a fishing dock and a boat ramp. You'll find several water features throughout the resort, including four heated swimming pools, all with their own whirlpool spa. Spotted among the lush tropical landscaping are nature trails for walking or jogging, as well as courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball. Dine at the on-site restaurant featuring a bar and atrium with a balcony that overlooks the lake and pool. In addition, there is a 13,000 square-feet recreation center featuring a snack bar and grille, fitness center with sauna and locker room, children's play area, lounge area with movie theater screen, pool room with billiards, arcade, and a business center and reception area. These luxurious condominiums are offered as two and three bedroom apartments, with either gold or platinum ratings. The two bedroom "San Salvador" is the perfect family home, featuring two bathrooms, a full kitchen and large living and dining areas. The balcony extends across the rear of the unit offering exceptional views of Lake Davenport. The two bedroom "Andros" is the penthouse apartment with many deluxe features, tile floors and high quality furnishings. This unit contains two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom with corner bathtub. There is a large wrap- around kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and a spacious balcony overlooking the lake. The "Abacus" is a large three bedroom home with two bathrooms, one of them connected to the master bedroom. This unit offers two private balconies, a full kitchen with snack bar and plenty of room to accommodate up to eight. The "Grand Bahama" is the largest penthouse home, boasting over 1,680 square feet of living area. It has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space, and two more bedrooms, each with immediate access to a large bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower. This home also has a balcony off the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the living room.

7799 Styles Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL - From Orlando International Airport: Follow the South exit signs toward 417 South. This is Airport Boulevard. Turn right at the first set of traffic lights (approximately four miles); this will join 417 South. Continue on 417 South for approximately 12 miles. You will pass through two toll booths. Exit at Celebration Avenue, and proceed to the T-junction at 192 (approximately one mile). Turn left onto 192; you will be heading West. Proceed West on 192 for approximately seven miles, passing Disney's Wide World of Sports and Walt Disney World on your right and Splendid China on your left. Turn left into the Lindfields subdivision; you will now be on Lindfields Boulevard. Turn right onto Styles Boulevard. The Advantage Vacation Homes office is located on your right.
