All of the homes are fully equipped and come with your very own private pool plus all the amenities to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
**This property requires a three-night minimum stay between 9/6/03-12/14/03, 1/6/04-4/1/04, 4/19/04-5/27/04, 6/1/04-6/14/04, 9/6/04-11/21/04 and 11/29/04-12/14/04; and a five-night minimum stay between 6/15/03-9/05/03, 12/15/03-1/05/04, 4/2/04-4/18/04, 5/28/04-5/31/04, 6/15/04-9/5/04, 11/22/04-11/28/04 and 12/15/04-1/5/05.
**Any stay less than five nights will be subject to a $75 cleaning fee to be collected at check in.**
**A security deposit of $250 on a credit card or $1,000.00 in cash (to be returned 30 days after departure if no damages or losses occurred) will be required at the time of check in.**
Relax after an exciting day in the privacy of your vacation home. Cook at your leisure in your fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided in each home for your convenience. Other features include central air and heat, cable TV, hair dryer, linens and towels, iron and ironing board and telephone. Come and relax in a spacious three or four bedroom home in Central Florida! **There is a charge of $25.00 per day to activate the pool heater. Guests can request this at check in and pay for this service at check in.**

2983 Vineland Road, Kissimmee, FL - From the Orlando International Airport: Follow Airport exits to Highway 417 (The Greenway). Take Highway 417 Toll Road (The Greenway) to Kissimmee. You will continue on Highway 417 traveling towards the Walt Disney World Area. You will pass Orange Blossom Trail (State Road 441) Exit #11 and John Young Parkway Exit #10 continues to Exit 6. Exit Highway 417 at Exit #6; continue to travel staight until the traffic light at Vineland Road (Highway 535). Make a left hand turn at traffic light at Vineland Road (Highway 535 South). Continue to travel towards Kissimmee on Vineland Road. Make a left hand turn at Kyngs Heath Road traffic light. The American Vacation Homes office and service center will be on the left, next to 7-11 Mini Store gas station.
From Tampa International Airport: Follow Airport exit to West Tampa Bay Blvd eastbound. Continue to Highway 92. Make a right turn onto Highway 92 South. Take ramp onto I-275 towards Orlando. Continue on I-275 until I-4; take ramp onto I-4 Eastbound towards Orlando. Stay traveling eastbound on I-4 until Exit 64 A. Take ramp on Exit 64 A onto Highway 192 East towards Kissimmee. Travel on Highway 192 until traffic light on Vineland Road (State Road 535). Make a left hand turn at Vineland Road (SR-535). Make a right hand turn at next traffic light (Kyngs Heath Road), and then make a left to the office.
From I-95 Southbound: Take I-95 Southbound towards Florida. You will pass the cities of Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Daytona. Exit I-95 at the Exit towards Orlando, which will be I-4 Westbound. As you travel West on I-4, the exit numbers will be in a descending order. Travel until Exit 68 (Kissimmee); take Exit 68, then at the traffic light make a left hand turn onto SR 535 South. Continue to travel south on SR 535. Make a left hand turn at Kyngs Heath Road traffic light, the American Vacation Homes offices will be on the left hand side.
